iWALK maintains certain protocols in order to protect the security of your information. The following are examples of how we protect your personal information:

  • We communicate our privacy policy and security guidelines to iWALK employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the iWALK family of companies.
  • We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the data you provide to us while placing an order with us online. Some computers may not be able to “communicate” with our secure server. If you experience any difficulty, please call a member of the iWALK Team at 855-MY-iWALK to place your order over the phone.
  • In addition to encrypting your credit card information while it travels over the Internet, for your security, we do not store credit card information in our systems.

From time to time, you may receive our promotional e-mails based on information that we collect from you. If you would like to “opt out” of receiving promotional e-mails from iWALK, please log in to your account and follow the instructions therein to be removed from our e-mailing list.

Being Apple Certified partners, we value our brand and place extraordinary emphasis on quality control. All products are extensively tested before they leave our factory.

As manufacturers of the iWALK brand, we offer a one year limited warranty on all iWALK products.

This limited warranty covers defects under normal wear and tear for one year from the date of purchase.

Tempered Glass
For our tempered glass screen protectors, we offer a 1 year, one-time replacement.
For a replacement, please email us at info@iwalkusa.com with:

• A photo of your receipt next to your broken screen protector
• Your first and last name, address, and phone model

RETURN POLICY

Being Apple Certified partners, we value our brand and place extraordinary emphasis on quality control. All products are extensively tested before they leave our factory.

As manufacturers of the iWALK brand, we offer a one year limited warranty on all iWALK products.

This limited warranty covers defects under normal wear and tear for one year from the date of purchase. A receipt is required to process all returns. This return policy does not cover physical damage or abuse.

By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions.

 

Buyers’ Remorse returns:

  •  Items can only be returned within 30 days.
  •  A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  •  After the 30 day expiration, item(s) can only be returned if they are defective.
  •  All items must be returned in the original brand new condition as received. The item must not show any signs of wear and tear.
  •  Physical damage or abuse is not covered under the byers’ remorse program.
  •  We recommend our customers to research items prior to purchase to determine compatibility with their mobile devices. All opened items which are non-defective and returned due to incompatibility will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee which is determined by our return department. Returning due to incompatibility is not the same as buyers’ remorse.
  •  All returns are counted from the date of sale, not the date of receipt.
  •  Return Shipping costs are on your expense and we will not except packages that are sent postage collect.

Defective Item Returns:

  • We offer a one year limited warranty on all our products
  •  This limited warranty covers defects under normal wear and tear for one year from the date of purchase. A receipt is required to process all returns. This return policy does not cover physical damage or abuse.
  •  Defective products can only be returned for a replacement (no refunds will be granted). If the item has been discontinued or is not currently available in our inventory will be replaced with a similar product of similar value.
